This is not in the Mistborn Trilogy. It is the first of a series. But I do agree that Brandon Sanderson is an awesome author. He is very creative.

His Mistborn series is truly amazing…but this is his new series. I can’t wait to listen to it. He is my favorite writer at the moment…Brandon Sanderson Audiobook FTW!!

i love this book, just finish it. was my first brandon sanderson book and was great. have trouble downloading the mistborn books though.If some one could please upload it again would be great. thanks

For the mistborn fan’s don’t forget that this is in the same “universe” as mistborn but a different planet.
Mistborn is the story of 2 shards, ruin and preservation, and stormlight is about others.
the same goes for a lot of his books.
Look for a character called Hoid in all those books, it’s the same person and he’s not what he seems to be.
Brandon is planning a series from Hoid’s perspective, which should be rather interesting.

Best book I’ve ever read or listened to, can’t wait for the sequel. I’ve listened to the last 3 chapters about 10 times now and it still gives me goosebumps every time. Kaladin for the win!
